- Conduct Extractables & Leachables studies both in-house and at CROs, including sample preparation, analysis, and data interpretation.
- Author experimental protocols, technical reports, and contribute to scientific publications.
- Supervise and mentor junior lab staff to ensure high-quality technical output.
- Maintain compliance with Quality System Regulations, product development standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the development of the R&D E&L laboratory, including equipment qualification and maintenance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to generate innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Influence regional regulatory strategy in E&L, Elemental Impurities, and Structure Elucidation.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry, laboratory techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in Extractables & Leachables studies preferred.
- Excellent scientific writing skills and ability to interpret complex analytical data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
