Responsibilities
QA/QC Intern
- Conduct basic quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control.
- Support food safety protocols, including hygiene and sanitation checks.
- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with FSSAI standards.
- Assist in maintaining documentation for quality processes.
QA/QC Executive
- Perform production quality checks to ensure product consistency.
- Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP protocols.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO standards and FSSAI regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
Qualifications
QA/QC Intern
- Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Tech in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Microbiology.
- Experience: Fresh graduates with no prior experience required.

QA/QC Executive
