Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with client agreements, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee documentation, compliance, and workload management.
  • Provide line management for assigned personnel and monitor departmental performance.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain global compliance.
  • Train, mentor, and identify skill development needs within the team.
  • Represent the department during audits and inspections.
  • Author and review SOPs and related departmental documentation.
  • Handle medical inquiries from patients, consumers, and healthcare professionals via calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Create FAQs and Standard Response Documents (SRDs).
  • Track and quality-check medical inquiry responses.
  • Set up medical information projects and databases, including validation and training.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–12 years of experience in medical information functions.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Solid understanding of global regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and medical affairs environments.
  • Proven experience in line management and compliance-focused roles.
