Key Responsibilities
As a QA Specialist, you will:
- Track and manage quality issues with timely resolution.
- Develop and deliver quality training for operational groups.
- Provide expert consultation and workflow guidance on quality issues.
- Collaborate across sites to recommend compliance and efficiency improvements.
- Support operational management on Quality projects and initiatives.
- Lead local Quality initiatives to boost compliance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Quality Assurance (RC & QA) standards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience in a regulatory/GXP environment.
- Hands-on experience as a GXP auditor.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of multiple operational areas and industry QA systems/standards.
Preferred:
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
