Job Responsibilities
IPQA Executive
- Conduct in-process quality assurance checks for injectable production.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs in manufacturing processes.
- Document and report quality deviations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and QC teams for seamless operations.
QC Executive (0-2 Years Experience)
- Perform quality control testing for injectable products.
- Conduct raw material and finished product analysis.
- Maintain accurate records as per regulatory standards.
- Support laboratory equipment calibration and validation.
QC Executive (4-5 Years Experience)
- Oversee stability studies and instrumentation for quality control.
- Execute analytical method validation and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopoeia standards (IP, USP, BP).
- Train junior staff on QC processes and best practices.
CQA Assistant Manager
- Lead corporate quality assurance for injectable manufacturing.
- Develop and implement quality management systems.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for regulatory inspections.
- Monitor compliance with global regulatory requirements.
EHS Executive
- Implement environment, health, and safety protocols in the pharma unit.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure workplace safety compliance.
- Train employees on EHS policies and emergency procedures.
- Maintain records for regulatory and environmental audits.
Qualifications
- IPQA Executive: B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 4-5 years of experience in injectables.
- QC Executive (0-2 Years): B.Sc/M.Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology) with 0-2 years of experience in injectables.
- QC Executive (4-5 Years): B.Sc/M.Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology) with 4-5 years of experience in stability and instrumentation.
- CQA Assistant Manager: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc with 8-10 years of experience in CQA for injectables.
- EHS Executive: EHS-certified course with 4-5 years of experience in a pharma unit.
- Male candidates preferred for all roles.
- Knowledge of SAP and injectable manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
