Job Responsibilities
As part of our Chemical Synthesis Plant – Unit II team, you will:
- Perform API bulk manufacturing and custom synthesis processes with precision.
- Operate and maintain chemical synthesis equipment to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines and quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Contribute to process optimization and innovative solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Qualifications and Skills
We’re seeking candidates with:
- Educational Background: B.Sc. (Chemistry), Diploma, or B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical Engineering).
- Experience: Freshers or professionals with 0–1 year of experience in API manufacturing, custom synthesis, or related fields.
- Skills: Knowledge of chemical synthesis processes, GMP compliance, and shift readiness.
- Added Advantage: Experience in API bulk manufacturing or custom synthesis.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for pharmaceutical innovation.
