Amneal Pharma is hiring a Trainee Executive, Technical Procurement in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Executive, you will:

  • Coordinate end-to-end project workflows with API vendors and cross-functional teams (Analytical, Formulation, Regulatory, QA/QC).
  • Review API Drug Master Files (DMFs) to align with US FDA expectations, identify deficiencies, and propose resolutions.
  • Collaborate with packaging and excipient vendors, ensuring timely delivery of quality materials.
  • Address technical issues raised by ARD/QC teams by engaging with raw material suppliers.
  • Support preparation of Change Controls for raw material process/specification changes.
  • Track global shipments, maintain project data, and ensure smooth communication across multiple time zones.
  • Organize and lead stakeholder teleconferences for progress monitoring.
  • Stay updated with regulatory trends and evolving FDA guidelines in the generic industry.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of ANDA submissions and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exposure to technical documentation for APIs, excipients, and packaging materials.
  • Experience with vendor management and resolving supply-related technical issues.
  • Knowledge of Change Control processes in pharma.
  • Effective communicator across global stakeholders and time zones.
  • Good organizational skills with data management and shipment tracking experience.
