Key Responsibilities

As an Executive – IP, you will be responsible for:

Managing the branded portfolio from an IP perspective.
Conducting life cycle management of branded and NCE portfolios.
Preparing landscape, freedom to operate (FTO), and infringement analysis reports.
Monitoring competition, regulatory exclusivities, and earliest generic entry (LoE).
Evaluating patentability, drafting, filing, and patent prosecution.
Supporting IP enforcement activities and litigation strategies.
Performing IP due diligence for in-licensing, mergers, acquisitions, and out-licensing projects.
Reviewing agreements including CDA, IITs, MSA, and MTA.
Conducting validity analysis of blocking patents and identifying new in-licensing opportunities.
Collaborating with global attorneys and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) or Ph.D. in Pharmacy.
- Certification in Patent Law (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in IP portfolio management, patent drafting, and prosecution.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in managing NCE portfolios.
- Hands-on experience in patent litigation and IP strategy.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
