📝 Key Responsibilities

As a Drug Safety Associate (Pharmacovigilance Officer I), you will:

• Validate cases by identifying minimum criteria for case creation.
• Perform duplicate searches and create initial or follow-up cases.
• Apply regulatory requirements in handling Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
• Identify serious adverse events (SAEs) and special scenario cases (pregnancy, exposure, lack of efficacy, product complaints).
• Attach relevant source documents and manage follow-ups for missing information.
• Code adverse events, medical history, lab data, and indications using MedDRA.
• Draft patient safety narratives and ensure compliance with client conventions.
