1. Apprentice, Trainee – Gurgaon
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand Baxter’s Go-To Market (GTM) strategy.
- Build product and therapeutic knowledge.
- Identify key accounts and assist the sales team in scaling up business.
- Drive utilization and secondary sales of key products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

2. Associate I, Quality Assurance – Ahmedabad
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor cGMP standards.
- Perform IPQA activities during manufacturing and packaging.
- Review documents, logbooks, and reports before batch release.
- Ensure compliance in dispensing, packaging, and dispatch.
- Support CAPA activities under QMS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of sterile manufacturing preferred.
- Familiarity with cleanroom behavior & aseptic activity.
3. Senior Specialist – Pharmacovigilance (PV) – Gurgaon
Responsibilities
- Process and review adverse event reports.
- Write medical narratives and perform coding with MedDRA.
- Ensure accurate data entry in the Global Safety Database.
- Perform quality checks, compliance monitoring, and CAPA activities.
- Train and mentor new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
- 3–7 years’ experience in pharmacovigilance case processing/quality control.
- Strong knowledge of GVP, ICH, and safety systems.
