Available Positions & Responsibilities
1. Purchase Executive
Location: Patas, Pune
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure raw and packaging materials for pharma injectable formulations.
- Float RFQs, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders with suppliers.
- Coordinate with design and logistics teams for product packaging and dispatch.
- Maintain supplier records and manage inventory and cost control.
- Ensure timely payment processing and documentation compliance.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA.
- 3-5 years’ experience in pharma injectable formulation purchase.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and MS Excel/Tally/ERP skills.
- Knowledge of packaging materials and supplier management.
- Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi preferred.
2. Cleaning & Validation Specialist (QA)
Location: Patas, Pune
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and review cleaning validation, equipment validation, and utility qualification protocols.
- Validate autoclaves, BFS machines, water systems, and critical instruments.
- Prepare and approve validation documentation in compliance with cGMP and global regulatory standards.
- Support audits and ensure timely requalification and calibration activities.
- Train plant personnel on cleaning and validation best practices.
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry).
- 3-5 years’ experience in sterile parenteral plant validation.
- In-depth knowledge of cGMP, WHO, USFDA, EMA guidelines.
- Proficiency in validation tools and MS Office.
3. QMS Specialist (QA)
Location: Patas, Pune
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Change Control, CAPA, Deviation, and Market Complaint investigations.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure audit compliance.
- Maintain QMS documentation including VMP, SMF, APQR, BMR, and BPR.
- Support regulatory and customer audits.
- Drive continuous improvement in QMS and sterile manufacturing compliance.
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry).
- 2-4 years’ experience in QA/QMS in sterile parenteral plants.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDocP, ICH, USFDA, EU, WHO, MHRA regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and QMS software (Trackwise, Veeva Vault).
