Responsibilities
As an SAP Lead Senior Manager at Gland Pharma, you will:
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementations, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
- Oversee SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, WM, PP, QM) to support pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Drive system migrations and integrations using tools like SAP PI/PO and CPI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
- Implement SAP Fiori for enhanced UI/UX and develop custom solutions using ABAP programming.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, serialization, and traceability requirements in regulated environments.
- Provide strategic insights to optimize supply chain and operational workflows.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in a relevant field.
- Experience:
- 5-6 years of focused expertise in SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- 8-10 years in industries such as pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, or medical devices.
- Proven track record in SAP integrations and system migrations.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, WM, PP, QM).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and ABAP programming.
- Working knowledge of FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.
- Familiarity with SAP PI/PO, CPI, and data migration methodologies.
