As an Executive – Project Management, your role will include:

- Lead Generation: Research, network, and qualify new sales leads.
- Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong client relationships by understanding business needs.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful sales and project presentations.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work with BD, marketing, and customer support for seamless client experience.
- Feasibility Tracking: Run feasibility checks for BA/BE studies & clinical trials, maintain trackers.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
- Follow-ups: Manage leads, quotes, and proposals with timely follow-up.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate client and project data in CRM systems.
- Sales Reporting: Track performance, pipeline status, and prepare management reports.
🎓 Qualifications
- Education: M. Pharm / B. Pharm / MBA
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in project management, clinical research, or sales
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Initiative-taking and accountability
- Excellent planning & organizational skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a cross-functional team
💰 Salary & Benefits
- CTC Range: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum
