Job Responsibilities
Senior-Level Roles (AM/DM, 10–12 Years Experience)
- Quality Control (FG Section): Oversee finished goods testing, ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, and WHO standards, and lead analytical method validation.
- Production (OSD – Compression/QMS): Manage production processes, optimize compression operations, and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) for efficiency.
- Packing (OSD): Supervise packing operations, ensure packaging integrity, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Junior-Level Roles (Officer/Operator, 2–7 Years Experience)
- Quality Control (FG/GLP/RM/PM/Micro): Conduct raw material, packaging material, and microbiological testing to ensure product quality.
- Quality Assurance (QMS/Doc/IPQA/AQA): Support documentation, in-process quality assurance (IPQA), and analytical quality assurance (AQA) for compliance.
- Production (Coating/Compression): Operate machinery for coating and compression, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Warehouse (RM/PM Dispensing): Manage raw material and packaging material dispensing, ensuring accurate inventory control.
Qualifications
- Senior-Level Roles:
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm or equivalent degree.
- 10–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (OSD preferred).
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (USFDA, MHRA, WHO).
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Junior-Level Roles:
- Diploma/B.Sc./B.Pharm or equivalent.
- 2–7 years of experience in pharma quality control, assurance, production, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with GMP and GLP standards.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
