Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Conduct in-process quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with WHO-GMP standards.
- Monitor production processes and document quality metrics for API manufacturing.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Perform audits and ensure regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical operations.
Quality Assurance Assistant Manager
- Oversee QA processes, ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards.
- Lead quality audits and prepare reports for management review.
- Train and mentor junior QA staff to uphold quality protocols.
- Implement quality management systems (QMS) for operational efficiency.
Engineering/Maintenance (Junior Electricians, Electricians)
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical equipment.
- Ensure electrical systems comply with safety and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize downtime.
- Support facility operations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Quality Assurance (IPQA): B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 2–5 years of experience in API manufacturing or quality assurance.
- Quality Assurance Assistant Manager: B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 5+ years of experience in QA, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Engineering/Maintenance: ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering; freshers or 2–6 years of experience in maintenance roles.
- Strong knowledge of WHO-GMP, FDA, or other regulatory standards (preferred for QA roles).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with API bulk drug experience are highly preferred.
