Job Responsibilities
Quality Control Analyst
- Analyze raw materials and finished goods (FG) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct chemical and physical testing per regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product quality.
Technology Transfer/MS&T
- Facilitate technology transfer for liquid and semi-solid dosage forms.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in formulation and development (F&D) processes.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Support documentation for regulatory submissions.
Quality Assurance (QMS and IPQA)
- Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Conduct In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during production.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards.
- Perform audits and maintain quality documentation.
ITI Fitter (Plant Maintenance/Engineering)
- Maintain and repair pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues in plant operations.
Qualifications
- Quality Control Analyst: B.Pharm or M.Sc Chemistry with 4-7 years of experience in raw material and finished goods testing.
- Technology Transfer/MS&T: B.Pharmacy or B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) with experience in liquid and semi-solid dosage forms and regulatory compliance.
- Quality Assurance (QMS and IPQA): B.Pharm or M.Sc Chemistry with 4-8 years of experience in QMS and IPQA.
- ITI Fitter: ITI Fitter certification with 4-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
