Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (IPQA – Manufacturing)
- Perform online documentation for batch manufacturing and packing records.
- Conduct line clearance activities to ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage batch release activities and handle self-inspection processes.
Quality Assurance (IPQA – OSD)
- Review batch manufacturing records for the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) area.
- Conduct line clearance for OSD production lines.
- Monitor packing stability batches to ensure product quality.
Quality Control
- Operate and maintain High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems.
- Perform calibration of laboratory equipment to meet regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, or M.Sc (for Quality Control roles).
- Experience:
- Quality Assurance (IPQA – Manufacturing): 3-5 years.
- Quality Assurance (IPQA – OSD): 3-4 years.
- Quality Control: 4-6 years.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation practices.
