Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (OSD) – Executive
- Conduct Finished Goods (FG), stability, and packaging material (PM) testing.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Perform microbiological testing and documentation.
Quality Assurance (OSD) – Sr. Officer/Officer & Executive
- Oversee In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), validation, and qualification processes.
- Manage Product Quality Reviews (PQR), technology transfers (TT), and documentation.
- Ensure compliance in Finished Goods (FG), raw materials (RM), and analytical method validation (AMV).
Production (OSD) – Sr. Officer/Officer & Technical Associate
- Handle granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and liquid manufacturing.
- Manage primary and secondary packaging operations.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and quality standards.
Production (DPI Injectable) – Sr. Officer/Officer & Technical Associate
- Operate equipment like vial washing, autoclave, tunnel, and vial filling machines with CRAB.
- Conduct media fill and equipment qualification with In-Process Control (IPC).
- Maintain compliance with injectable production standards.
Qualifications
- Quality Control (OSD) – Executive: M.Sc/B.Pharm with 9-12 years of experience in FG, stability, PM, GLP, Micro, or QMS.
- Quality Assurance (OSD) – Sr. Officer/Officer: M.Sc/B.Pharm with 2-8 years of experience in FG, stability, RM, AMT, AMV, or Micro.
- Quality Assurance (OSD) – Executive: M.Pharm/B.Pharm with 9-12 years of experience in IPQA or QMS.
- Quality Assurance (OSD) – Sr. Officer/Officer: M.Pharm/B.Pharm with 3-9 years of experience in IPQA, qualification, validation, PQR, TT, or documentation.
- Production (OSD) – Sr. Officer/Officer: B.Pharm with 2-9 years of experience in granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, or packaging.
- Production (OSD) – Technical Associate: ITI/Diploma/B.Sc with 3-12 years of experience in granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, or packaging.
- Production (DPI Injectable) – Sr. Officer/Officer: M.Pharm/B.Pharm with 2-6 years of experience in vial washing, autoclave, tunnel, vial filling, or media fill.
- Production (DPI Injectable) – Technical Associate: ITI/Diploma/B.Sc with 2-6 years of experience in vial washing, autoclave, tunnel, or vial filling operations.
