Key Responsibilities

As a CRA II at Thermo Fisher Scientific, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits to ensure protocol compliance.
  • Perform source data review (SDR), source data verification (SDV), and CRF checks.
  • Ensure site compliance through risk-based monitoring (RBM) and root cause analysis.
  • Document findings in monitoring reports and escalate issues promptly.
  • Review investigational products via inventory and record checks.
  • Support site initiation, management, and closeout activities.
  • Maintain essential documents in accordance with ICH-GCP and regulations.
  • Provide study updates to Clinical Team Managers.
  • Foster communication between investigative sites, clients, and the PPD project team.

Required Qualifications

To qualify for this CRA Level II role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent (Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, etc.).
  • At least 2 year of clinical monitoring experience or completion of a Drug Development Fellowship.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical research regulations, and SOPs.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn clinical software tools.
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
