Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Document Management: Prepare, review, issue, retrieve, and archive formats, registers, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance.
- IPQA Checks: Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks to maintain adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Equipment Oversight: Review qualifications and re-qualifications for equipment, utilities, AHUs, and purified water systems, including preventive maintenance and calibration records.
- Quality Reporting: Prepare annual product quality review reports and manage issuance and review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
Quality Control
- Sample Analysis: Conduct sampling and analysis of raw materials (RM), packing materials (PM), finished products (FP), line clearance, stability, vendor, and R&D samples.
- Instrument Calibration: Calibrate analytical instruments and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
- LIMS Operations: Manage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) activities for streamlined workflows.
- Advanced Testing: Perform wet lab analysis, HPLC, GC, particle size analysis, and ICPMS to meet approved methods and specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-6 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the pharmaceutical or API industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficiency in SOP compliance, LIMS, HPLC, GC, and analytical instrument calibration. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, ICH guidelines).
- Preferred: Experience with archival management, IPQA checks, or annual product quality reviews for QA roles; familiarity with wet lab analysis or ICPMS for QC roles.
