Key Responsibilities
As a Safety Systems Analyst II, you will:
- Manage pharmacovigilance safety systems (ARGUS/ARISg) for accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to plan and implement system changes.
- Configure database queries, automate processes, and maintain code lists.
- Lead data management activities, generate periodic and ad-hoc reports.
- Review user requirements, validate system updates, and ensure compliance with ICH, FDA, and EU regulations.
- Train team members on systems configuration and database operations.
- Maintain SharePoint sites for tracking system requests.
- Escalate potential safety or compliance issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in pharmacovigilance systems management, data management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of ARGUS/ARISg, database structures, and safety reporting rules.
- Proficiency in SQL, SharePoint, Excel, and other database tools.
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of pharmacovigilance terminology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
