Key Responsibilities

As an IPQA Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Performing machine and area clearance during dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging operations.
• Sampling blend, finished product, reserve samples, stability samples, hold-time samples, and managing sampling aids.
• Conducting in-process checks, AQL, and ANSI sampling as per BMR, BPR, SOPs, and GxP guidelines.
• Ensuring GMP practices on the shop floor.
• Verifying raw material dispensing activities.
• Approving batch coding details during packaging.
• Reviewing executed batch records and releasing them for the next stage.
• Preparing and reviewing CPV data trends.
• Initiating and reviewing change controls, deviations, and impact assessments.
• Reviewing environmental monitoring and calibration records.
• Performing calibration of IPQA instruments.
• Reviewing and approving packaging artworks, proofs, and shade cards.
• Archiving executed documents like BMR, BPR, and protocols.
• Preparing and revising functional SOPs as required.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in IPQA, Quality Assurance, or related manufacturing quality roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, documentation practices, and in-process quality systems.
