Key Responsibilities
As an IPQA Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Performing machine and area clearance during dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging operations.
- Sampling blend, finished product, reserve samples, stability samples, hold-time samples, and managing sampling aids.
- Conducting in-process checks, AQL, and ANSI sampling as per BMR, BPR, SOPs, and GxP guidelines.
- Ensuring GMP practices on the shop floor.
- Verifying raw material dispensing activities.
- Approving batch coding details during packaging.
- Reviewing executed batch records and releasing them for the next stage.
- Preparing and reviewing CPV data trends.
- Initiating and reviewing change controls, deviations, and impact assessments.
- Reviewing environmental monitoring and calibration records.
- Performing calibration of IPQA instruments.
- Reviewing and approving packaging artworks, proofs, and shade cards.
- Archiving executed documents like BMR, BPR, and protocols.
- Preparing and revising functional SOPs as required.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in IPQA, Quality Assurance, or related manufacturing quality roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, documentation practices, and in-process quality systems.
