Responsibilities
Team Leader (Mobile Lab) – Bangalore
- Oversee operations of the mobile food testing laboratory, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead a team of analysts, coordinating testing schedules and workflows.
- Perform advanced analytical testing using HPLC, LCMS, GCMS, or ICPMS.
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of test results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Analyst (HPLC) – Mumbai & Gurgaon
- Conduct high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) testing on food and feed samples.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment for optimal performance.
- Analyze and interpret data, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Document results and prepare detailed reports for clients.
Analyst (LCMS/GCMS/ICPMS) – Mumbai
- Perform testing using Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS), Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GCMS), or Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICPMS).
- Ensure sample preparation and analysis meet quality control protocols.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain lab safety standards.
- Contribute to method development and validation processes.
Qualifications
- Team Leader (Mobile Lab): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field with 5-7 years of experience in food testing. Proficiency in HPLC, LCMS, GCMS, or ICPMS is required. Leadership and project management skills are essential.
- Analyst (HPLC): Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field with 1-3 years of HPLC experience in food or feed testing. Familiarity with lab safety and quality protocols.
- Analyst (LCMS/GCMS/ICPMS): Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field with 1-3 years of experience in LCMS, GCMS, or ICPMS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards is a plus for all roles.
