Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring drug safety and regulatory compliance. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Case Management: Perform case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the safety database, adhering to client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
  • Affiliate Mailbox Management: Oversee the affiliate mailbox and reconcile reports as per established processes.
  • Follow-Up Processes: Execute written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact with peers within Accenture to solve lower-complexity problems and update supervisors on progress.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure high-quality deliverables by following client-specific and regulatory pharmacovigilance standards.
  • Rotational Shifts: Be prepared to work in rotational shifts to support global operations.
