Job Responsibilities
As a Scientific Officer – Marketing, you will:
- Promote Veta Genomics’ specialized services, including genetic testing and real-time PCR assays, to academic and industrial clients.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in South India.
- Engage with research institutions, universities, and biotech firms to build partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in molecular genetics and microbiology.
- Represent Veta Genomics at industry events, conferences, and seminars across South India.
- Collaborate with the research team to create compelling marketing content for bioinformatics and microbial characterization services.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Any Pharma, Lifescience Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related fields
- Strong communication and marketing skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India to meet clients and attend events.
- Up to 1 year of marketing experience or a fresher with a passion for learning.
- Enthusiasm for biotechnology, research, and scientific innovation.
- Basic understanding of molecular genetics, microbiology, or bioinformatics is a plus.
