- Reporting: Prepare and maintain status reports for performance tracking and feedback implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance coding skills based on feedback from reporting managers.
Qualifications
- Certification: Mandatory CPC, CCS, CIC, or COC certification from recognized bodies (e.g., AAPC or AHIMA).
- Experience: 1-7 years of medical coding experience in specialties like IP DRG, E/M, Surgery, ED, Radiology, Anaesthesia, or IVR.
- Education: Minimum graduation in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related fields.
