Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) – 2 Positions
- Conduct HPLC and water analysis to ensure product quality.
- Inspect packing materials for compliance with standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure foolproof quality checks.
Microbiology – 2 Positions
- Perform environmental monitoring (EM) and growth promotion testing (GPT).
- Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in microbial testing.
- Support quality assurance in carbapenem production processes.
Warehouse – 2 Positions
- Handle stock, receipt, and issuance of raw materials (RM) and packing materials (PM).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams for seamless material flow.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years for QC and Warehouse roles; 3-5 years for Microbiology roles.
- Key Skills:
- QC: Expertise in HPLC, water analysis, and packing material inspection.
- Microbiology: Proficiency in QMS, documentation, EM, and GPT.
- Warehouse: Strong knowledge of stock handling, RM, and PM management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing standards (EU, USFDA).
