1. Analyst, Research Analytics (HEOR Modeling)
Location: Gurugram, India | Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days WFO)
Experience: 2-3 years | Education: Life Sciences, Economics, Public Health, Statistics, BTech/MTech
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop health-economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, decision analysis)
✔ Conduct secondary research on disease trends, treatment pathways, and economic data
✔ Assist in peer reviews, quality checks, and client report preparation
✔ Work with MS Excel, PowerPoint, R, WinBugs (preferred)
✔ Collaborate with project leads to ensure accurate data analysis and modeling
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills
- Experience in HEOR modeling (CEA, CUA, BIM)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, statistical tools (R, SAS, WinBugs a plus)

2. Project Manager, Research Analytics (RWE)
Location: Gurugram, India | Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 4-6 years | Education: Master’s/PhD in Stats, M.Tech, M.Pharma
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Analyze large datasets (EHR, claims data, registries)
✔ Design observational studies, statistical analysis plans (SAPs), and research proposals
✔ Use SAS, R, SQL, Python, Power BI for data interpretation
✔ Collaborate with medical affairs, epidemiology, and commercial teams
✔ Present key insights on patient journeys, treatment outcomes, and healthcare utilization
Skills & Expertise:
- Experience with ICD-10, CPT, NDC coding systems
- Hands-on with AWS, Sagemaker, Azure, CDISC standards
- Strong statistical & epidemiological knowledge
- Excellent communication & project management skills
