Job Title: Payment Support Specialist
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to ensure payment accuracy.
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, finance (AP/AR), and contract teams.
- Maintain documentation and support quality assurance audits.
- Use sponsor-specific systems (EDC, Data Management tools).
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in EDC, Data Management, or clinical trials.
- Associate’s Degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field).
- Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Strong MS Office, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; willingness to travel (5%).
