Job Description: Healthcare Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
✅ Program Implementation – Support community health programs in rural/semi-urban areas, working with CHEs and local partners.
✅ Capacity Building – Train and mentor Community Health Entrepreneurs (CHEs) to deliver essential health services.
✅ Field Engagement – Conduct visits to assess screening fees, test pricing models, and optimize community engagement strategies.
✅ Data Analysis – Compile and analyze program data to improve healthcare delivery.
✅ Health Awareness – Develop collaterals (posters, pamphlets) in local languages on disease prevention.
Secondary Responsibilities:
🔹 Healthcare Innovation – Identify and onboard diagnostic/screening solutions for rural adoption.
🔹 Stakeholder Coordination – Organize workshops with partners, startups, and healthcare providers.
🔹 Commercialization Support – Help match health-tech innovations with hospitals/clinics for scaling.
Eligibility & Skills Required
✔ Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience (public health, social work, healthcare management preferred).
✔ Experience: 1-2 years in healthcare operations, public health programs, or social entrepreneurship.
✔ Skills:
