Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process Development: Create workflows to assist global central labs in validation reports, stability reports, and drafting workbooks.
✔ Report Management: Ensure timely sign-off of lab reports via ELVIS and notify labs.
✔ Biannual Reporting: Assist in accuracy checks for test methods (linearity, AMR calibration, instrument comparison).
✔ QC Support: Conduct monthly QC trending, reviews, and provide improvement recommendations.
✔ Process Improvement: Enhance document review processes for first-time approval accuracy.
✔ SOP Maintenance: Support Smart Solve SOP updates during periodic reviews.
✔ LRMS Implementation: Manage lab requests in ServiceNow for quick ticket resolution.
Eligibility & Required Skills
Qualifications:
🎓 M.Pharm / M.Sc (Preferred)
Experience:
🔹 0-1 years in a lab environment (internship experience counts!)
Skills Required:
✅ Certification in Clinical Research, Instrumentation Techniques (HPLC, UV Spectrometers), QC Review
✅ Strong communication & organizational skills
✅ Familiarity with lab documentation & quality control processes
