Detailed Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) tracking and closure.
✔ Manage LMS (Learning Management System) assignments for new hires.
✔ Handle incident/deviation tracking and ensure timely closure.
✔ Oversee change controls (CCF) and follow up with cross-functional teams.
✔ Conduct biennial reviews and update procedures.
✔ Upload new SOPs for equipment and instruments.
✔ Manage off-boarding processes in coordination with RQA.
Secondary Responsibilities:
✔ Issue training binders for new employees and conduct onboarding sessions.
✔ Maintain training records, filing, and archival.
✔ Support internal audits and assist in audit closure.
✔ Complete mandatory EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) & compliance trainings.
Safety & Compliance (Mandatory for All Roles):
✅ Adhere to Syngene’s safety protocols and ALCOA+ data integrity guidelines.
✅ Ensure zero data integrity breaches and compliance with quality standards.

Eligibility & Skills Required
✔ Education: Relevant degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Quality Management.
✔ Experience: 0-3 years in pharma quality systems, QMS, or compliance roles.
✔ Technical Skills: Familiarity with EQMS, EDMS, LMS, and MS Office tools.
✔ Soft Skills: Strong coordination, documentation, and compliance awareness.
