Position: Complaint Investigator/Associate

Location: Wipro, Opposite Salt Lake Sector 5 Metro Station, Kolkata

Walk-in Date: 12th July 2025, 11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve product complaints related to pharmaceuticals/medical devices.
• Analyze complaint data, identify trends, and escalate critical issues.
• Collaborate with QA, regulatory teams, and clients for timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action plans.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • B.Pharm, Biomedical Sciences
  • B.Sc in Medical Imaging & Radio Technology
  • BE in Mechanical Engineering
  • M.Sc in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Nursing
  • BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers eligible)
• Skills Required: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, basic knowledge of GMP/regulatory guidelines.
