1. Job Description
Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, a global leader in pharmaceuticals, is hiring an EHS Team Leader for its Jadcherla facility. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and social responsibility standards. The ideal candidate will drive Process Safety Management (PSM), regulatory audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EHS and Process Safety functions at the site.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (local, state, and national).
- Conduct HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Manage ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001 compliance.
- Prepare for and face PSCI, regulatory, and customer audits.
- Develop safety training programs and sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

3. Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of EHS experience in pharma/chemical manufacturing.
- Expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM), HAZOP, and risk assessments.
- Strong knowledge of EHS legal requirements (India and international).
- Experience with PSCI audits, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001.
- Leadership skills to train teams and manage audits.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to regulatory/customer audits.
- Ability to relocate to Jadcherla.
