Key Responsibilities:
- Administrate RWE Tools: Oversee real-world evidence study tracking systems, ensuring compliance and usability.
- Project Coordination: Manage study codes, timelines, and KPIs for global RWE projects.
- Procurement Support: Handle contracting, PO generation, and budget tracking for studies.
- Data Quality & Reporting: Ensure accuracy in reporting and dashboard management (e.g., Smartsheet).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with MEG/HEVA, GBUs, and global teams for seamless operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify efficiency enhancements in RWE study management.
Skills & Competencies:
✔ Technical: Experience in clinical operations, project management, and procurement.
✔ Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Tools: Proficiency in portfolio management software, Smartsheet, and data dashboards.
Eligibility & Requirements
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field).
✅ Experience: 3-5 years in clinical operations, RWE, or pharma project management.
✅ Language: Fluent English (written & spoken).
✅ Preferred: Experience in global matrix environments and contract management.
