Roles and Responsibilities:
- Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and take appropriate actions.
- Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Exhibit good communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Display flexibility and a positive attitude towards work.
- Be willing to work night shifts.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Comfortable with night shifts.
- Comfortable with work from office (WFO).
- Excellent English communication skills.
