Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive Competitive Sales Growth – Personalize customer engagement strategies, leveraging data insights to optimize territory and account plans.
✔ Build Strong HCP Relationships – Develop long-term collaborations with healthcare professionals to enhance Novartis’s market presence.
✔ Deliver Customer-Centric Experiences – Understand HCP needs and provide tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes.
✔ Share Customer Insights – Collaborate with internal teams to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
✔ Ensure Ethical Compliance – Adhere to Novartis’s Code of Ethics, promoting transparency and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:
✅ Education: B.Sc / B.Pharma (Science background mandatory)
✅ Experience: 5+ years in Pharma/Healthcare sales (Oncology experience preferred)
✅ Skills: Strong communication, territory knowledge, account management
✅ Desirable: Experience in the Oncology segment
