📋 Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✔ CTMS & TMF Management – Support setup, maintenance, and compliance of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Trial Master File (TMF).
✔ Data Reporting – Ensure accurate and timely data reporting to the Clinical Trial Team (CTT).
✔ Study Start-Up & Close-Out – Assist CTT in study initiation, recruitment strategies, and study closure activities.
✔ Regulatory Compliance – Maintain documentation in line with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
✔ Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth trial execution.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Research, or Trial Management.
- Familiarity with CTMS, eTMF, EDC systems, and clinical trial documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
