Job Description

Purpose of the Role

As a Scientific Sales Executive, you will drive sales growth by engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs), implementing marketing strategies, and organizing patient acquisition programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and retailers.

2. Customer Engagement & Brand Building

  • Conduct doctor engagements, CMEs, and patient awareness programs.
  • Implement brand strategies to increase prescriptions and brand recall.
  • Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance as per compliance.

3. Process & Operational Excellence

  • Utilize SFE tools (OPTIMA, SLP) for efficient territory management.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and reports for performance tracking.
  • Manage inventory and expiry control within assigned limits.

4. Team Collaboration & Development

  • Support new hire induction and training programs.
  • Participate in regional meetings and skill development sessions.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education & Experience

  • Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred).
  • 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales (OTC/VMS/Consumer Healthcare preferred).
