🔬 Job Overview
- Position: Technical Assistant
- Location: Bangalore, India
- Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers welcome)
- Qualification: MSc in Microbiology / Biotechnology
- CTC: ₹2.75 – ₹3 LPA
- Shift: Rotational (Day & Night)
- Workdays: 6 days/week with rotational week off
- Gender: Male candidates only
💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Assistant at Haystack Analytics, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinical genomics operations:
- Coordinate with diagnostic lab partners for seamless test processing
- Provide timely technical support and process updates
- Document and report all technical activities
- Support DNA/RNA sample handling, DNA extraction, and RT-PCR setup
- Assist in troubleshooting during sequencing runs
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
- MSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in DNA extraction and RT-PCR
- Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple lab tasks
- Ready to work in rotational shifts
