📋 Job Description
As a Technical Assistant – Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in the production of diagnostic kits while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Production Management: Ensure seamless manufacturing of diagnostic kits while adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
✔ Schedule Monitoring: Track production timelines to meet delivery deadlines.
✔ Quality Control: Work with R&D to implement robust QC measures and maintain SOP compliance.
✔ Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine calibration and servicing of lab equipment to minimize downtime.
✔ SOP Optimization: Improve manufacturing efficiency by refining Standard Operating Procedures.
✔ Documentation: Maintain detailed records of batches, QC checks, and equipment logs using IMS (Inventory Management System).
✔ Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
