Key Responsibilities:
- Perform synthetic chemistry reactions, including purification techniques (column chromatography, crystallization, preparative TLC).
- Document experimental observations in e-notebooks/lab notebooks following compliance guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling of chemicals, adherence to MSDS protocols, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) norms.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain updated records.

Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience:
- M.Sc in Chemistry (Organic/Medicinal Chemistry preferred).

- Familiarity with analytical techniques (HPLC, NMR, LC-MS) is a plus.
Skills Required:
