Trinity Life Sciences is hiring a Research Associate to support its Evidence, Value, Access, and Pricing (EVAP) team in Gurgaon. This role involves conducting in-depth research on health technology assessments (HTA), payer policies, pricing trends, and value dossier development for the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Analyze global HTA reports and update Trinity’s HTA Vision tool with insights.
✔ Conduct US payer policy analysis, including prior authorization, tiering, and pricing (ASP/WAC tracking).
✔ Perform secondary research on epidemiology, clinical literature, treatment guidelines, and reimbursement policies.
✔ Develop treatment algorithms and access & pricing summaries for key markets.
✔ Conduct systematic literature reviews using PubMed, EMBASE, and other databases.
✔ Assist in primary research design and survey development.
✔ Synthesize findings into presentations (PPT), reports, and visual dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Essential:
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, or Health Economics.
✅ 1-3 years of research experience in consulting, market access, or healthcare analytics.
✅ Strong literature review skills (PubMed, Google Scholar, EMBASE).
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
✅ Knowledge of HTA processes, US/EU payer systems, and pricing models.
Preferred (Desirable):
🔹 Experience in systematic reviews & meta-analysis.
🔹 Background in health policy, health economics, or market access.
🔹 Familiarity with real-world evidence (RWE) and value communications.
