1. Executive – Production (Mahad, Maharashtra)
Job Description:
- Maintain department cleanliness and ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 111 and other regulations.
- Monitor and control departmental activities for optimum productivity and quality.
- Train workmen and subordinates in GMP and safety protocols.
- Ensure data integrity, waste disposal, and PPE compliance.
- Oversee spray dryer operations and in-process checks.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech (Food Technology) / B.Pharma
- Experience in pharma production and GMP compliance preferred.
2. Executive – Quality Control (Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra)
Job Description:
- Perform QC testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR, and Karl Fischer.
- Conduct peptide-specific analyses (amino acid analysis, peptide mapping).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and data integrity standards.
- Support OOS/OOT investigations, method validation, and regulatory audits (USFDA, EUGMP, WHO).
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of QC experience in USFDA/EUGMP-approved API/pharma companies.
- Strong knowledge of analytical instruments and regulatory guidelines.
3. Apprentice – Production (Chennai, Tamil Nadu)
Job Description:
- Assist in batch/continuous process management and solvent recovery operations.
- Maintain cGMP compliance, documentation (BMR), and equipment cleaning.
- Handle hazardous chemicals (Sodium cyanide, LAH, etc.) safely.
- Participate in safety talks, incident reporting, and training programs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry.
- Knowledge of process operations and chemical handling.
