Job Description
Amazon India is looking for an Investigation Associate (Level 2) to join their team on a 12-month seasonal contract. This role involves investigating and mitigating risks related to e-commerce transactions while ensuring a secure and trustworthy marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Investigate and evaluate seller transactions to detect fraudulent activities.
✔ Take appropriate actions based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
✔ Maintain detailed records of investigations through annotations.
✔ Communicate with customers via phone or email for verification.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
✔ Meet productivity and quality assurance targets.
✔ Analyze data trends to identify potential risks.
Basic Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
✅ 0-1 years of work experience.
✅ Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
