Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-sales and post-sales application training for new and existing customers.
- Ensure successful system handover to users, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Provide clinical application support until users are confident in operating the system.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, radiologists, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop demo/reference sites to showcase Philips’ products.
- Offer application support at regional and national conferences, workshops, and CME programs.
- Gather market intelligence on Philips and competitor products.
- Train internal sales teams on key clinical applications.
- Create case studies, clinical newsletters, and testimonials.
- Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare sector.
- Conduct post-installation user training sessions.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in a relevant field (Radiology, Biomedical, Life Sciences, or related disciplines).
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience with critical care products (patient monitoring, ultrasound, MRI, CT, etc.).
- Strong understanding of clinical anatomy, physiology, and medical workflows.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies.
