Job Description
As an MICC Professional at Qinecsa Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling medical information inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Supporting pharmacovigilance activities and adverse event reporting.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance patient and HCP support.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or related field).
- 2-3 years of experience in a Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (fluency in English required; additional languages a plus).
- Knowledge of drug safety reporting (Pharmacovigilance) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
