Job Details
1. Scientific Officer (Direct Recruitment – 04 Posts)
- Pay Scale: Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500) as per 7th CPC
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years (Age relaxation as per Govt. norms)
- Essential Qualification:
- PG Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Microbiology/Chemistry or equivalent.
- Associateship Diploma of the Institution of Chemists (India).
- Experience Required:
- 5 years in drug analysis/research in relevant fields.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
- Published research papers/drug analysis experience.
- Good knowledge of computer applications.
2. Scientific Officer (Deputation/ISTC – 03 Posts)
- Pay Scale: Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
- Age Limit: Up to 56 years
- Eligibility for Deputation:
- Officers from Central/State Govt./PSUs/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts OR
- 2 years in Pay Matrix Level-8 (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100) OR
- 3 years in Pay Matrix Level-7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400) OR
- 8 years in Pay Matrix Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
- Essential Qualification & Experience: Same as Direct Recruitment.
