Key Responsibilities:
✔ Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and drive strategic decisions.
✔ Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to optimize brand analytics and managed market strategies.
✔ Utilize LS Salesforce to enhance CRM and sales performance.
✔ Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling for business insights.
✔ Develop dashboards & reports using Dataiku, Alteryx, R, Python, and SQL.
✔ Implement incentive compensation management solutions.
✔ Support pharma research & development (R&D) with data-driven insights.
✔ Present findings via MS PowerPoint, Excel, and visualization tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ 5+ years of experience in data analysis (pharma/retail preferred).
✅ Expertise in LS Salesforce, Managed Market, Brand Analytics, KPI assessment.
✅ Proficiency in Dataiku, Alteryx, R, Python, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint.
✅ Strong background in statistics, machine learning, forecasting.
✅ Experience in incentive compensation management & pharma R&D.
