📋 Job Description: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities at hospital sites.
- Assist Principal Investigators (PIs) in patient recruitment, screening, and informed consent processes.
- Maintain accurate trial documentation (ICFs, CRFs, source documents).
- Ensure protocol compliance and adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Handle data entry and query resolution in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Liaise with sponsors, CROs, and Ethics Committees.
- Assist in investigational product (IP) management and patient follow-ups.
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields.
- 0–3 years of experience in clinical research (freshers with strong academic backgrounds may apply).
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently at hospital sites.
