Key Responsibilities of a Microbiologist
As a Microbiologist at Nubeno Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet stringent safety and quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes align with regulatory standards such as FDA, CE, and ISO 13485.
- Microbial Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments focusing on microbial risk during production and storage.
- Sterility Assurance: Oversee the implementation and management of sterility assurance and contamination control programs.
- Contamination Investigations: Investigate any contamination incidents and lead the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives.
- Documentation Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive documentation to support our quality audits and regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Provide training for production teams on microbiological best practices to ensure compliance across all stages.
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in microbiology, particularly within the medical device sector preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of sterility testing, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory compliance norms.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrable documentation and analytical skills to support quality management processes.
- Team Player: A proactive approach, with strong communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team.
